What is the difference between sulphur-free nitrile gloves and regular nitrile gloves?

The core difference between sulphur-free nitrile gloves and ordinary nitrile gloves is mainly reflected in the production process, composition and application scenarios, as follows:

- Sulphur content or not: Normal nitrile gloves may use sulphur-containing compounds for vulcanisation during the production process to enhance the elasticity and strength of the gloves, so trace sulphur element may remain; Sulphur-free Nitrile gloves adopt sulphur-free sulphur vulcanisation process (e.g. peroxide sulphurisation), which avoids the use of sulphur, and is virtually sulphur-free.

- Applicable scenarios: Ordinary nitrile gloves are suitable for general industrial protection, daily cleaning and other scenarios; Sulphur-free nitrile gloves can reduce the contamination of sensitive substances due to the absence of sulphur, and are more suitable for the electronic manufacturing industry, assembly of precision instruments, laboratories and other scenarios with strict requirements on the sulphur residue, and also reduce the risk of skin irritation to some people.

- Performance difference: there is not much difference between the two in basic oil resistance, chemical resistance, elasticity and other properties, but the sulphur-free process may allow the gloves to have better stability in some specific chemical environments.
