Analyzed from the cost point of view, the 100-level dust cloth due to the production process is more complex, the quality control is more stringent, its price is relatively high; 1,000-level dust cloth due to the lower cost, the price is also more affordable. For some of the cleanliness requirements are not extremely high electronic production processes, such as general electronic assembly, the use of class 1,000 dust cloth can meet the basic cleaning needs, but also to control costs. For chip manufacturing, precision instrument production and other areas of extremely high cleanliness requirements, despite the higher cost of class 100 dustless cloth, but in order to ensure product quality and yield, companies often give priority to class 100 dustless cloth.
